Will give this a stab since no other replies yet:
When I previously worked with EBS (use ProSolution now so unfortunately cannot double check my logic) we had 2 different Maths Grade fields, one was MathGrade and one was MathQualGrade? Perhaps in the reference data the link is against the wrong field?
If you go into your ILR manager for a student who is erroring do you see your grades pulling through at all? My guess would be the data is going into a redundant field? If you click the magnifying glass, you should see valid grades in that field (& if I remember correctly) if you hover over the field it tells you the XML Entity Name which should be MathGrade & EngGrade
This is a known issue with EBS where its not including the Maths and English grades in its outputs.
There is a spotfix available in Tribal's website and the fix will also be included in Service Pack 2
EDIT: I've just seen that Service pack 2 was released yesterday so if you/your infrastructure team download and apply this it should resolve your issue.

MathGrade01 and EngGrade01 error

We are using Tribal EBS and currently getting a MathGrade01 and EngGrade01 error for all our 16-19 learners on 25 Funding model. On checking the England and Maths grades there are entries on the enrolment screen and showing in the ILR tab yet this error is coming with no obvious way of clearing this
Has anyone else come across and how did they resolve it
