R13 DLOCK7s re-appearing when the new price has been approved

I don't know whether everyone is experiencing "phantom" DLOCKs in the Apprenticeship Data Match report for R13, which then disappear once the ILR price mismatches show up on the Apprenticeship Service?
It seems like the system is running a little slow at the moment and the two sides aren't always making sense in talking to each other. But if you leave it a few hours some of the DLOCKs just resolve as the systems get back in sync.
With that in mind...... we have a group of learners for whom we need to report a change in TNP2, and also report their completion.
I have added a new TNP2 line in the ILR and submitted it. After a delay, the price mismatch has shown up in AS, I sent it to the employer to be approved. The employer has approved it, the price mismatch disappears from the list of pending changes. All good and as expected.
Except then I make an ILR change to a completely different learner and have to re-submit R13. And up pops the DLOCK7 for the price change again.
My question is, if I have a price mismatch showing, but the prices in the ILR and AS match (because it's already flagged once and been approved), do I need to go back to the employer and get them to approve it again?
At any other time of year I would just wait and see but I really don't want to risk reporting these completions in R14. Does anyone have any advice?
