If a learner is enrolled on a two-year Study Programme where they were aged 24 with an EHCP in year 1 but turn 25 in year 2, would they still be funded as a study programme learner in year 2?

It's their age on 1 Sept that matters, so if they were still 24 then, then it's fine (and if it's a "real" two year course, rather than two one year courses, then it's even better as it would be their age on 1 Sept 24).
These learners are enrolled on an Extended Diploma for two years and only enrol once.
Our concern is if they are 19-24 with an EHCP we can't record them as such in year 2 as learners 25+ cant have EHCPs and therefore aren't they then ASF funded?
