Seemingly not, as it's not listed in the ILR Spec as one of the funding streams it applies to:
ILR Specification 2025 to 2026: Attribute: Learning Support Funding
Is it included in the broader "wraparound support"?

Hi there
Please can anyone clarify if we can claim ALS funds for our skills bootcamp contracts?
I added in LSF for the two months they were on programme but cannot see the funding line in the Skills bootcamp ILR reports
