Hi
We have been approached by an employer with a candidate who wants to complete their L3 early years apprenticeship. They previously did 2 years on the same programme with another Provider, but did not complete, so only the 20% completion funding remains
Having done RPL we conclude that 8 months delivery is still needed at an additional cost of £2000 for the employer.
The employer has indicated that the candidate wants to pay this amount as they are keen to achieve - thoughts please given the funding rules around learners not being required to pay towards their apprenticeships
