ILR Completion Status Not Populating from Enrolment Table – EBS

We are currently using EBS version V4.48.0.1024 and have encountered an issue with the ILR extract process.

When we run the ILR, the Completion Status field is not automatically populating from the Enrolment table into the ILR Aim table. This results in a validation error. However, if we manually delete the Completion Status error from the ILR Aim table and re-run the ILR, the Completion Status then appears correctly.

This workaround is not ideal, and we would expect the Completion Status to pull through automatically from the Enrolment record without manual intervention. Could you please advise:

  • Is this a known issue or bug in the current version?
  • Are there any configuration settings or dependencies we should check?
  • Is there a recommended fix or patch available?

 

We would appreciate any guidance or confirmation on whether other colleges are experiencing similar behaviour. thank you
