With the introduction of the Apprenticeship Agreement ID from AS, how are providers managing Apprentices that change employers?
If this field sat within the Employment table (like the old Employer Identifier) then we could use start and date dates for each employer like we did previously. However, as this field is within the Learning Delivery table we would need to transfer all aims over to a new set of aims to match the new employer dates.
As you may imagine this is causing a lot of extra work as apprentices change employer very frequently often without our knowledge until after they've moved.
Would anyone else agree that this field should be moved back into the Employment status area to minimise the additional work caused.
