Hi, please can someone explain this in Laments terms?
I have read the description but unfortunately i dont understand it.
If the learning aim is Adult Skills Fund funded (LearningDelivery.FundModel = 38) there must be a funding relationship in FCT for this UKPRN (LearningProvider.UKPRN = ContractAllocation.DeliveryUKPRN)
(error where there is no funding relationship in FCT ContractAllocation.FundingStreamPeriodCode = ASFC-ASCL2526, STFIG2526, ASFC-FCFJ2526)
(this rule is not triggered by
where the LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate is known and in the previous teaching year, or Devolved authorities (DD35 =Y) or Procured Adult Education Budget 2023 (AEB) (LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMCode = 388)

It means someone's not signed a contract somewhere because your UKPRN isn't listed in the table that has all the agreed contracts in it. Specifically for nationally funded Adult Skills Fund in this case.
