Would anyone know? If an apprentice's practical end date is 30/07/2025 and their apprenticeship end date (including Gateway end EPA) is Nov 2025, and they achieve in Oct 25. Do the apprentices have to be in the QAR 24-25 academic year, or can they be in the 25-26 academic year? We are aware that the academic year will come to an end on 31/07/2025.

There's no "can" or "have to", Hybrid end year is set by the latest of:

Planned End

Actual End

AchDate

or returned year

(Apprenticeship End Date, as it's not recorded in the ILR, is never a factor)

So, in your example, the record will be in 25/26 because the AchDate is October 25.
