Short answer is yes, as you can't have two ZPROGs overlapping (Validation Rule R124 which uses AchDate as the effective end date of the app once it's recorded (NBBB it uses Actual End Date whilst a learner is in Gateway so WILL NOT ERROR *until* you put the AchDate in, ie worst of all worlds!))

Does anyone know if there is specific guidance related to this? I have read every funding document I could find and or is being in Gateway classed as still undertaking another apprenticeship (as per funding guidance 27.4)?
