Hi
Is anyone else having trouble with the apprenticeship service account? When I have sent details to the employer to agree, the employer agrees them but they bounce back to us to approve again and send back to the employer.
All information is correct and nothing has been changed by the employer.

Am having the same problem with three bouncing between us and the employer again and again, the helpdesk say this is probably because there is information that has not been fully filled out. I believe everything is filled out so am a bit stuck.
I think my issue was because the employer wasn't approving the information timely enough. If the funding isn't approved by the employer in 2 weeks then it automatically comes back to us.
