Hi Teresa,
Within Enter Learning Data you do not need to enter the ACT code as the system should populate this automatically. Unfortunately we have identified an issue in that when you add learning aims to a learner that is already on a course, the ACT record is not being populated for the new aims.
This has now been resolved so any future aims that are added will have the ACT code recorded correctly. To resolve the issue for your current aims, you can remove and re-add the affected aims.

Enter Learning Data (ELD) ACT for Maths

Afternoon, I'm updating our data using the new ELD system and need some help. I have a learner who needs to be added to Functional Skills Maths. I’ve added the Learning Aim to the "course" and assigned it to the learner.
However, I can’t find where to add the Apprenticeship Contract Type (ACT). Obviously, when I run the data through SLD, it flags the ACT is missing for this Learning Aim.
I've made an enquiry on Customer Help Portal, but that could take days.
Grateful of any help ! There should be a better ELD User Manual !
