Subcontractor Declaration

Has anyone successfully submitted the subcontractor declaration for 2025/26 for 16-19 provision showing the split between qualification hours and EEP hours? I cannot get it to show how you add the split, I'm sure last year there was a tick box to say which ones you were adding against. I've raised a query with the helpdesk and very unhelpfully only got the standard "you must record the split" but not how you actually do it on the form!

UPDATE: I've just received an update from the helpdesk "We are currently investigating the EEP issue and please be assured that we are actively working to find a solution."

I'm trying to submit ours, but I'm facing the same issue. We only issue one contract to each subcontractor and they are responsible for both (with us delivering an element too.)

I have no idea how to spilt this. Do we just spilt the contract value in half?

I've just sent a message to the DFE but it states the response time is 15 days.

Hi Kelly

Yes, they fixed the form. How you split it will depend on the timetabled activities and whether they fall into qualification or non-qualification hours.

Our subcontractor delivers both qualification hours and EEP, but only has one contract for everything.
