So, I'm guessing they were on a break in last year's R14, have been subsequently changed to a withdrawal but aren't in this year's R14 because you've changed systems? Is that right?
If you check columns F and G on the output, columns called
| academic_year | collection_number |
this should tell you (the breaks should show up as 202324, 14).
They really need to be in this year's R14 as withdrawals but not sure how you're going to do that in 24 hours...

Whilst checking data for R14, We have noticed that when we changed MI systems, learners who were on a break and then withdrew, are now showing as back on a break.
Any idea why this has happened, will this effect our QAR if we correct them? (the dates do not currently fall into this years QAR 24/25) but now look like they are.
