Is anyone else having issues with the ILR error above? We have been entering the start date as we always do, which is the start date of the learning aim, but had this error for R02 and now for R03.

That error isn't saying "you don't have a start date", it's saying "there isn't a Work Placement record attached to this learning aim", so might be your student record system not exporting the WP record for some reason?
