Can't access Funding Claims on MYESF

Today, when we try to access funding claims on MYESF to sign the R14 funding claim, we get the following message:  

Sorry, there is a problem with the service
Please try again later
If the problem continues, you can submit an enquiry.  

This problem has persisted for over an hour and has been seen by two different users. 

Does anybody else have this problem?

Is everybody else accessing funding claims without problem?

Today, the DfE has provided me with the following update:  

we are extending the deadline until 5pm on the 7 November. Technical team are still investigating the issue. We will confirm once this is resolved.

The DfE informed us today that the problem was fixed, and we have now signed our funding claim.
