Apps not showing as complete in App Service

Good afternoon,
Our apprentices who achieved in September are all still showing as live in the App Service and this is stopping us from processing some progressions. We have been paid so it is not because of any non-payment/mismatch issue. Has anybody else had this issue? Or has there been a communication RE the status updating that I have missed?
