LearnAimRef_115 error for apprentice completions

Created

None

Three apprentices have recently taken their EPA and I entered their results into the ILR. I now have an error for each one: LearnAimRef_115 The Learning aim reference is not valid in the LARS database for this Funding model for this teaching year. How do I clear these as the course has finished?

Can you supply the aim reference that is causing this issue?

Hi

Yes it is Z006003.

Kind regards

That's a digit too short, and all of the aim I can find that are similar are Community learning aims. Can you provide the full aim ref, and possibly the name of the qualification?

Apologies for the incorrect info! They are doing the Level 3 Emergency Contact Handling apprenticeship so when the course was set up in 2024 the following aims were used.

A community learning aim has been used. Community learning aims are not valid for any funding stream in 25-26, and I don't think should have been used on an apprenticeship at all, although I can see that this clearly used to validate.

I think this one should have been used, if I've got the right apprenticeship:

To change the aims over, follow this guidance, except that you will not be able to include the Community learning aim in this year's ILR at all, as it is completely invalid.
