I've had this before with transfers and its a nightmare, we still had to request the 5% for the delivery we were doing with the employer. We asked if they could be exempt but got told no, it was the employer's responsibility to request the refund from the previous provider (even though they no longer existed)...

Recording co-investment payments made to previous provider

We have recently transferred in learners/employers that were with a provider that has sadly gone into administration. As the employers had already made their co-investment payments to the former provider, how do we record this on the ILR? Or is it picked up via the ULN, assuming the provider had recorded it on the ILR? I've checked the funding guide and can't see anything specifically related to this scenario.
