If you have received the achievement payment, then DAS should already show as complete for those apprentices.
If the planned end date on DAS for the completed apprenticeship is in the past, it should be possible for the employer to add the new one without there needing to be any changes made to the completed apprenticeship.
So DAS isn't showing as complete?
If you've received the payment but it isn't showing as complete, then that is very odd, as you can see from the article I sent the link to. Contact the DAS helpdesk if this is the case.
If they are complete on DAS and the planned end is in the future, I think it may be possible for the new apprenticeship to be added. Either way I'd ask the DAS helpdesk. I find they usually are helpful, unlike certain other helpdesks...
We are experiencing the same issue and the helpdesk have just informed me of the below:
"We are aware that apprentice records where completion payments have been paid are not updating the apprenticeship service status of learners from live to completed. The completion payments have been paid which you can see in your monthly payment report in Submit Learner Data and your remittance. This will not stop a new apprenticeship from being added to the apprenticeship service if the apprentice is progressing to a new apprenticeship. This status stopped updating on 16th September and we are currently working on a resolution for this issue."

Can someone help me with clarifying the procedure as we have an employer who is eager to set some employees up with another training provider now they have completed their apprenticeships with us. We have just received the outcome payment. When does the DAS get updated with "Completer" as the employer wants to stop them on the DAS.
