Just an update: I had a response form the help desk to say that my file today did not fail. Although I was looking at the submission and it clearly said 'Failed'. Maybe it is reporting 'Failed' instead of 'Processing'. They said yesterday's file did fail, though.
So, my advice would be to leave it an hour or two and see if it processes. If it still has a failed status then log your call.

24/25 Workforce Data Collection - Failing due to NI Number?

Has anyone successfully submitted the Workforce Data Collection?
I have submitted my Workforce Data Collection that was exported from the Desktop Application with no errors. The status of the submission on SLD is 'Failed' but no reason given. When I look at the individual records on SLD I noticed my tutors all had a status of 'incomplete' and their NI Number was missing.
The NI Number is present in the XML file I uploaded. It is also present in the file I downloaded from the SLD after submission just to check.
