24/25 Workforce Data Collection - Failing due to NI Number?

Has anyone successfully submitted the Workforce Data Collection?

I have submitted my Workforce Data Collection that was exported from the Desktop Application with no errors.  The status of the submission on SLD is 'Failed' but no reason given.  When I look at the individual records on SLD I noticed my tutors all had a status of 'incomplete' and their NI Number was missing.  

The NI Number is present in the XML file I uploaded.  It is also present in the file I downloaded from the SLD after submission just to check.

Hi Ceri.  I had to log a call and they released it.  I then realised my file had some staff members missing and had to go through it all again.

Just an update:  I had a response form the help desk to say that my file today did not fail.  Although I was looking at the submission and it clearly said 'Failed'.  Maybe it is reporting 'Failed' instead of 'Processing'.  They said yesterday's file did fail, though.  

So, my advice would be to leave it an hour or two and see if it processes.  If it still has a failed status then log your call.

I've logged it already and thought I'd keep trying this evening.  Not sure if its just busy, we will see.  Thanks Simon.

Hello, I had 4 fail yesterday after uploading successfully earlier that day.  The last one has now loaded this morning, not sure why they were failing yesterday.

Hi everyone, 

Due to some technical issues FE Workforce files failed processing in Submit Learner Data.

We have resubmitted these failed files and they have now processed successfully.  

Please check your reports.
