Hi,
We are trying to clarify whether an apprentice who has LSF needs to have actual learning on the last date of the month to receive the payment or whether any learning that month counts and we just enter the last date of the month in the ILR to ensure we receive the payment?
My colleague has asked the DFE but I think their response can be read either way and we are both interpreting it differently.
If anyone could help clarify that would be great.

Legitimately the easiest way is to stick it through FIS or SLD and see if it generates with the dates you've added and, if it doesn't, add it to your EAS. The dates should match when the support was given not whether it triggers funding or not...
