I have a learner who is 3 weeks away from sitting their EPA. They are leaving their employer tomorrow and starting with the new employer on Monday.Can the current employer 'gift' the balance to the new employer to allow the learner to complete their programme?Possibly a very obvious question but its a new one to me! :)
