ILR window showing as closed

Hi, we're new providers and trying to upload our first ILR, when we log in, it shows the window as closed. 

Customer services agreed that it is open and shouldn't be showing as closed. A quick look back on here says that it could be something to do with it being our first. We've been told they'll look into it, but worried that we're missing something and with holidays etc we wanted to submit early to be sure we got our first one right!

First obvious thing would be are all of your contractual bits definitely fully signed off? If you're sure you've done everything you need to, then there may just be lag with the contracts team updating SLD so it knows you're "real"! Although if you've got as far as DfE Sign-ins one would hope it wouldn't take too long...

Out of interest which funding stream?
