Definitely seen the Employer thing on that report and it looks like it's something to do with the employer ID being all 9s in the ILR (as it should be, of course!) and the report getting confused. Had a conversation with our Head of Apps about the employer (who we do have quite a few learners with, it's one of our NHS trusts) and then we both got very confused when that employer didn't feature on the DLOCK report...
Not seen the other thing though, although, if you're looking at the *Indicative* report, that cannot know if completions have been released or held back, it always assumes completions are paid...
I've had the same issue and raised it with the service desk. Despite showing them a screen grab and sending them a copy of the report, they denied that there was any issue here. It's still being looked into as I didn't accept their response.
Glad I'm shortly leaving this sector!!!

FM36 Summary - Wrong Employer Records?

Hi all,
I've just been looking at our FM36 Summary Reports in SLD, and between R01 and R03 we have a load of learners all showing as with one particular employer, when in reality we only have one learner with that employer. Additionally, one of these learners is showing as a completion holdback, yet other reporting shows that we have received the completion payment - BUT the learner is still showing as Live on DAS.
Anyone else has a similar issue, or know who's best to contact to look further into it?
