16-19 EFA - Condition of Funding - Achievement after Withdrawal

Created

Hi all,

Following on from the release of GCSE Results in January, I have a handful of learners who were withdrawn after sitting the November series, which means we have recieved results for them. This has led to the following question whether we should be entering a grade for those who have achieved a grade

Would be interested to know how other colleges handle this scenario.  Thank you

Oh heck, don't withdraw them! If they've done the exam and stopped attending because they've got 4+, then complete them like any other learner (just early). They'll meet CoF because they've been on course more than 42 days (and, presumably, had 100 hours planned).

Sorry Steve should've been more explicit here

They sat the November exam > they withdrew for external reasons > they got the results

So they were intially withdrawn on the ILR. Ofc those who got 4+ I would put in and mark as completed and acheived, but its those who got 3 or below, that I'm unsure how to process

As always, appreciate your input!
