R06 SCHEMA ERROR

Has anyone experienced a schema error for R06 submission yet?
I have ran through FIS and for the first time I cannot fathom what the issue is.
The issue on the xml file is:
Line=2|Property=2|Message=Could not find schema information for the element 'ESFA/ILR/2025-26:Message'.|
I have looked at Line 2 and I can't see what is wrong. I have looked and compared to a previous return for 2025-26 and it is exactly the same..... Can anyone help or shed any light? I can't see what I am missing on this one?
