2025/26 L3 legal entitlement funding

We are trying to work out the funding source for level 3 qualifications being delivered under the L3 legal entitlement. Is it ASF core fund or FCFJ?
In previous years, funding was from the ASF core fund, but now we are wondering if this is still allowed?
Some FL3 qualifications are not fundable from FCFJ, so presumably they must be funded from ASF core funding?
Some FL3 qualifications are fundable as part of the Legal entitlement and also as FCFJ, so can we choose which funding line we can claim the funding from?
I've seen some threads on this subject for previous years, but not seen a discussion that relates to the 25/26 funding rules.
