Can anyone advise if there would be any issues for over claiming the GLH on GCSE English/Maths quals?

Our hours range from 110-160 per subject due to the way we recruit learners to start anytime from R01 - R04.

Lars states the max hours are 140 each.  Having checked some of our August plans where we have learners at 160 each, which has pushed the learners up from a band 4 to a 5. This might create an issue if we have overclaimed?

Can anyone else advise what hours they put on for GCSEs?

These hours have nothing to do with Study Programmes, you can deliver however many you want (although OBVIOUSLY it needs to be 100 for a Band 5 to meet Condition of Funding). The min and max are just guidelines from Ofqual.

And, hours aren't listed separately for SPs, it's all at learner level, so the only time it would come up would be an auditor looking at the Learning Agreement. Any auditor questioning good pedagogical reasons for the number of hours you've given any particular qual needs to go back to auditing school, they are not teachers.
