So, for a bunch of reasons, it's not a Validation Rule, so you *can* submit an ILR with LLDDHealthProb as 2 or 9 and still claim LSF *but* you'd need fairly comprehensive evidence to say why you are claiming it if the learner hasn't self-declared and/or your decision to claim LSF doesn't meet one of the issues on the LLDD list (this is partly why "other disability" and "other learning difficulty" exist on the list!).

Hi all, If we are claiming LSF for an apprentice, should the LLDD be coded '1'? I'm sure I'd seen it in one of the numerous guidance documents, but can't find it now.
