Study Programme Audit Evidence

Hi Guys,

Looking for some advice on SP Audit, particularly around reviews. We have time tables, registers, planned hours, etc but i can't seem to find a learner review time period like Apprentices.  We currently do 6 week for SP and wondering if this enough?

Any thoughts, suggestions.

Thanks

More of an ofsted requirement on SP in my opinion, although we do aim level reviews every 2-3 months.

On an audit they are looking for the IAG/IAs, learning agreement (timetable), enrolment form. Think they call it base documentation? Then any achievements and work placement evidence if you do them as well. All backed up with your registers off course.

Yes, agree with Chris, reviews aren't an auditable doc for SPs, main focus is on proving the planned hours (work experience often being a sticking point!) alongside eligibility and existence.

Thanks Steve and Chris

Advice appreciated as always.
