Hi Stephen,
24/25 16 to 19 in year growth was calculated at two thirds of the usual amount, they published on the link below in the 'Change to funding methodology' section.

This is a late query so if anyone can help great. Just re-visiting 24/25 SP Final Reconciliation and we had our Growth capped at 75%. Did anyone else get this or was there a document published to confirm this that i may have missed.
