A potential learner has approached us for English classes and they hold a Global Business Mobility Route eVisa. Am I right in thinking she would NOT be eligible for funding under the ASF funding rules. The rules state "those who are in the UK on a sponsorship visa, including skilled worker visas and seasonal worker visas" are excluded. I think this visa is a Sponsorship visa but have never come across it before. Any advice?
