Hi, it would be for the learner to decide what is the most appropriate, but it differs per organisation based on knowledge and severity of the condition. A lot are using the social and emotional option as it relates to the known definition of SEMH. You would then have supporting details of the precise concern as part of your inclusion data collection which is outside of the ILR.

What code is used for ADHD on the ILR?

Hi All,
We have recently had a learner that has been diagnosed with ADHD, but on the ILR return, we're unsure as to which code this should be recorded under?
Would it be classed as code 9 - mental health difficulty, or 95 - other medical condition? Or maybe a completely different code?
Any advice on this would be much appreciated. 😊
