Afraid not, although it was mentioned to me by one of the FE Commissioner's staff that we will, apparently, be getting "Rules" and "Guidance" which might explain the delay (little further detail was given and I was too dumbfounded to probe further...)
Also, worth pointing out that the Pre-Election Period for the Locals kicks in 17 April through to 7 May, so if it's not next week, it could be a while...

Does anyone have any insider intel on when the draft apprenticeship funding rules are expected? I know the commitment from the Apprenticeship Service, on their 20th Jan email, was that the draft rules would be released in March...but still no sign.
