I've just generated the pdsat reports and found that the learning start date column is blank, completion status column has the numbers 45,985, withdrawal reason column has (1, 3, 8) etc. Any ideas?

I have had this issue before and it was that the database was pointing to the wrong template. It needs reporting but it is annoying that the issues always occur when we are at our busiest and submitting the return
It looks like there is an additional column as the annotations have shifted - check columns U - Z which are skewed. I have moved things about in a separate copy for myself.
