We are currently amending our ILR for a learner who was reported as withdrawn in previous funding year but has actually been continuing and following the Provider Support Manual guidance as per guidance.submit-learner-data.service.gov.uk/provider-support-manual/article/recording-learner-changes-in-the-ilr#article-Learners reported in the previous year as withdrawn who have now been identified as continuing
