KIT (Keep in touch days) during maternity in ILR

Hi, we have an apprentice doing keep in touch days during her maternity - 3 in April and 3 in June before she is back on 29th June 2026. I was told we need to claim funding for KIT days. If this is the case, how should I record it in ILR as she would be on BIL until 29th June.
