Co-investment report Funding Line "unknown"

Hello,

I’ve just reviewed the R09 co‑investment report and noticed that around a dozen learners have their funding line showing as “unknown”. On checking the details, these all appear to relate to apprentices who have recently changed employer. Does anyone know why these might be appearing as unknown, and what steps are needed to resolve this?

They're not on your DLOCK list are they (ie have the new employers agreed the App on AS?)? That seems the most likely?

Oh, hold on, just had a look at mine and they *may* have **another** line on the report for their new Employer? It has to be said that it's Not Great at dealing with multiple employers (my other ones with nothing in column H are w/d to start, but that's not the issue here).

I’m not entirely sure what’s happening, but there does appear to be some confusion. From what I can see, several of the apprentices listed are ones I would expect to have a co-investment contribution, yet none is showing. They all started before 1st April 2024.
 
Back to the ILR I go to make sure the changes have been put through correctly.
