That's because Planned Learning Hours is a Learner Level field whereas the new hours entity is a Learning Delivery field. FM25 learners, with the exception of T Level Learners, will not have an hours entity at Learning Delivery level.
(yes, I know we all record the learning hours at aim level but there will be something in your student record system that is summing these hours and returning them at learner level)

Hello,
I have attempted to contact the help desk but haven’t had much success, so I wanted to check whether others interpret this 26–27 change in the same way.
Funding Model 25 currently returns data in the ‘PlanLearnHours’ field. From the summary of changes, I can see that PHOURS and OTJACTHOURS are being removed, but PlanLearnHours is not mentioned.
For Funding Model 25, am I correct in understanding that the PlanLearnHours field will remain, and that the new HRSRecord will need to be returned in addition to this? So effectively a duplication of information for this funding stream..
