We have an employer that wants to be clear about responsibility for data protection. I assume that an employer's agreement with DfE as part of DAS is that they will share info needed for the ILR with the training provider, but is there somewhere this is stated explicitly? The ILR Privacy Notice covers the apprentice consent, but I would like to be able to say we have employer's agreement too.
