Always ACT1. Not that it particularly matters but in April 21 I'm almost certain they must have been ACT1 with their original provider anyway.
Really there should be an end date on ACT2 given there's been no new starts on it for 5ish years (and this learner is a new start with you however it was funded previously)

Hi, we have an apprentice who started an apprenticeship with another provider back in April 2021, he withdrew in Feb 2023 - he now wants to complete his apprenticeship with us - which ACT will we need to record? Thanks.
