R14 Reconciliation payment

Thank you Caspar.

Our FM36 R14 report is also blank.  We were expecting to see a clawback in this months payments as a results of data corrected in our R14 submission.

Am I right in thinking that the clawback should have taken place this month, or as this report isn't working could this be delayed until next month?

Hannah, if you look at the Apps Monthly Payment Report for R14, in the far right hand columns it will tell you about any changes at a learner level. These will have affected your R03 payment (although, sadly, they weren't split out on your remittance statement...)
