Apprentice Made Redundant After Planned End Date

We have a levy Apprentice who is past their planned end date and have now been made redundant.
All on programme funding has been drawdown. Are we still allowed to follow the redundancy process as outlined in the funding rules, for less than 6 months to gateway?
Likewise if this learner was non-levy?

Yes, it only requires a change to the Employment status to 11 or 12 at the date the learner was made redundant, if funded through DAS the employer will need to stop the Apprentices on the same date.
I know this is an old one - but... how do we code up a learner who was made redundant while in EPA? Can we add an EmpHistory Line with an effective date AFTER the Actual End Date? Will this still trigger full funding for the completion payment? Thanks
