DLOCK 02 & 01 queries

Morning,
Hopefully somebody can help with these queries as I've been waiting a few weeks for the Apprenticeship Service to respond and we aren't getting paid for them.
We have some learners with DLOCK-02 (no matching ULN), there was a difference when they were first processed but the values were corrected well before cut-off and both the ILR and App Service ULN match. I'm not sure how to clear these as everything looks fine to me, I thought it may clear after a day or so but it's been a few weeks now.
Also, we have a learner with DLOCK-01 (no matching UKPRN), this learner is on the ILR and is showing on our App Service so I'm not sure how to resolve this?
Any advice on these would be greatly appreciated :-)

DLCOK_02 wasn't this an known issue in 1920? I can't access the Known Issues document for some reason to check. Other than checking that when did you correct your ULN and when was the ULN incorrectly input?
