D&P records need to be *the day after* the latest actual end date, not the same day (if I had a penny for every time I had to fix this ;))
ULN out of range usually means you've got a 9 digit number rather than 10? It runs a checksum on it as well, so if there are 10 digits, there might be a transposition error when it's been typed in?
Thanks both for your replies. I have checked the ULN again and if is definitely 10 digits. I have also checked last year's ILR and it is the same number we used last year.
I've also double checked the DP collection and start date and they are both the day after the actual end date.
Any ideas?

R107 Destination and progression
Created
I have one learner who I keep getting errors for. One error is "ULN out of range" and the other is R107 'Learner destination and progression record' is missing. You must return the 'learner destination and progression' record within two months of the 'learning actual end date'. Make sure the 'learner destination and progression' information is included within two months of the 'learning actual end date'.
I have completed a Learner destination and progression and can't see where I am going wrong.
many thanks
