R107 Destination and progression

D&P records need to be *the day after* the latest actual end date, not the same day (if I had a penny for every time I had to fix this ;))

ULN out of range usually means you've got a 9 digit number rather than 10? It runs a checksum on it as well, so if there are 10 digits, there might be a transposition error when it's been typed in?

The range for a ULN is Must contain a value in the range 1000000000 to 9999999999 if it is not in this range it will also cause an issue finding the D and P record.

Thanks both for your replies.  I have checked the ULN again and if is definitely 10 digits.  I have also checked last year's ILR and it is the same number we used last year.

I've also double checked the DP collection and start date and they are both the day after the actual end date.

Any ideas?

Hi Jo,

It is worth checking the ULN recorded against the Destination and Progression record as the validation rule FD_ULN_AR may be related to that and not the learner record.

The ULN is exactly the same for the D & P record and the learner records for 19/20 and 20/21.

Are you sure you have not got a typo in the ULN, if you think it is all correct at your end then you should report errors to the ESFA.

We got this message when there as a space before the ULN number in the field.

My ULN and LRN were in the wrong boxes so that mystery is solved!  I still cannot work out where I am going wrong with R107 and R108.  The start date and collection date of the learner destination record are the day after the actual end date of the aim.
