FRM06 for R04

Hello all

Hoping someone can help.

I have 7 apprentices appearing on our FRM06 report "Continuance Issues" on our FRM06 reports (the report generated straight after a data return submission). 

The 7 apprentices are all the same, they were entered into gateway in 19/20 with 19/20 actual end dates. They were processed timely before R14, but are coming across to FRM06, but I don't understand why? 

I have checked the raw XML data file and they were definitely processed as in gateway for R14. The learners unfortunately haven't had their final EPA's yet which is why they are still in gateway after R14. 

Any help would be really appreciated.

Have you recorded them in R04 on the same aim?

Hi,

The report indicates continuing learners (at an aim level) from 2019 to 2020 where the same aim does not appear in the 2020 to 2021 ILR, each aim is identified by its Learner, start date and aim reference if any of these are different or missing in R04 then the 19/20 aim will be reported in FRM06.

Where an aim is missing in R04 you will need to add it to 20/21, where the aim details have changed you will need to correct it in 20/21.

Hi, 

I have this same issue with 4 learners but i cant see where the error would be.  The learners started in November 20 and nothing has changed, is there a way of seeing where the error is?

Check the start date on the report and this will show they started in 19/20 but have not been carried over to 20/21 as continuers.
