Restart without agreed BIL
Created
None
We have an upper 6 learner that was excluded and withdrawn within the 6 week qualifying period. They are now returning, following appeal (going on from 11 weeks since withdrawn). Following the funding guidance document they should be recorded as a restart with new qualification aims. My question is what do I do with the planned hours that we adjusted for R04 to reflect short period of attendance at the start of term. Do I adjust them again to reflect the pro-rata delivery for the remainder of the academic year, discounting anything prior to the restart?

Planned hours for Study Progs are at learner level, so you'd still be due the first few weeks of hours, just not the 11 weeks in the middle!
