Change of Employer - Levy to Non-Levy (Contract type)

Hi, I need a sense check on this one as I thought I was on the right track until the hub returned an error. We have a learner who has moved employment from a Levy Payer to a Non-Levy payer. Within the ILR I have recorded the following:
1. TNP3 & 4 with negotiated cost with new employer
2. Employment information with EDRS/ERN number
3. Closed down contract type ACT 1 on the day before the change and created an ACT 2 as funded through contract (not DAS) on the date they started with the employer.
The error I am getting is "The learner must not have different Apprenticeship contract types recorded at the same time"

Hi Sarah,
Have you updated the ACT on all of your aims in the ILR and the programme aim? We usually get this if we forget to update a Functional Skill aim.
